PRIVATE THERAPY SESSIONS

Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing system combining acupressure, soft tissue mobilization, and assisted stretches of the body to balance your energetic systems for full mind-body relaxation and restoration. Massages are performed without the use of oils or lotions, and the receiver of massage is fully clothed.

Thai Yoga Massage is very helpful in treating joint pain and stiffness, back and neck pain, headaches, digestive problems, and general stress and fatigue.
